What is our return policy?

Regrettably, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, should any issues arise with your order, we kindly request that you contact us at contact@inspirationista.com as promptly as possible.

Do we offer refunds?

Refunds are exclusively extended to customers who have received items that are either incorrect or damaged. Claims related to misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of product receipt.

In the event you encounter any problems with your order, we kindly ask that you reach out to us before initiating a return at contact@inspirationista.com. Please include photos of any wrong or damaged items, and our dedicated team will diligently work to resolve the issue.

For instances where packages are lost in transit, please ensure that any related claims are submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims attributed to errors on our part will be addressed at our expense.

In cases where the address you provide is deemed insufficient by the courier, resulting in the return of the shipment to our facility, you will bear the responsibility of reshipment costs. This will apply once we have successfully confirmed an updated address with you, if applicable.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you are uncertain about the most suitable size, we encourage you to consult our sizing charts, which are available in the product description section for every item in our store. While it is a rare occurrence, if you suspect that an item you ordered was mislabeled, please reach out to us at contact@inspirationista.com within one week of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and images of the mislabeled item, and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund accordingly.
